IEGA brand water heaters are most carefully designed with respect to shape, size,color,capacity,fuel economy,safety and above all auto control device with long lasting life  safety if pilot goes out.

It is built with zinc coated rust proof tank (copper or stainless on request). Pressure tested to leaks. Outside jacket is made of mild steel with scratch and rust proof high gloss baked paint. Glass fiber insulation for  thermal efficiency.

Water supply must be from normal water overhead tank, maximum working head 60 feet high, as in the case of multi-storied building, it is necessary to use a pressure reducer valve in the line. In the water heater it is important to note that a separate normal water feed pipe is essential, and the water heater should be installed below from the over head tank.

We also offer installation services using our trained technicians. This will be against small extra charges. Before starting the water heater make sure teh normal water supply line is open and free, and so should be the hot water vent and pipe leading to supply tank. When the provision of vent pipe connection is not feasible the installation of temperature and pressure relief of valve is a must (optional).

IEGA automatic gas water heaters are equipped with world famous “Robertshaw” thermostat control with thermocouple and pilot lamp system of U.S.A. Rugged 0 type burners with proper flue and baffle design assure proper heat distribution and expulsion of excessive water gas. It is build with  safety shut-off control if the pilot goes out. Run by Natural or L.P. gas. Temperature Range: 120°-180°F (48.8 to 82.2°c).

Available from 20 to 100 gallon capacity normally but higher capacity on request.

We are also manufacturing commercial type gas fired water heater capacity from 100 gallon to 550 gallon. It is also equipped with world famous “Robershaw” control of U.S.A. Built with 2 Nos. of upper setting and lower setting thermostat control, temperature range from 120° to 180°F with 1 No. of unitrol valve with thermocouple and pilot lamp.  safety mechanism that is the main gas supply should be shut-off if pilot goes out. Run by Natural gas.

A Protection Housing must be made if a gas fired water heater installed on roof top, which will protect the heater against thunder shower, heavy wind blow and mishandling.
