It is built with zinc coated rust proof tank (copper or stainless on request). Pressure tested to leaks. Outside jacket is made of mild steel with scratch and rust proof high gloss baked paint. Glass fiber insulation for thermal efficiency.

Water supply must be from normal water overhead tank, maximum working head 60 feet high, as in the case of multi-storied building, it is necessary to use a pressure reducer valve in the line. In the water heater it is important to note that a separate normal water feed pipe is essential. The water must not be joined to the feed pipe which is supplying the normal water tap at the bath and wash basin or else.

We also offer installation services using our trained technicians. This will be against small extra charges. Before starting the water heater make sure the normal water supply line is open and free, and so should be the hot water vent and pipe leading to supply tank. When the provision of vent pipe connection is not feasible the installation of temperature and pressure relief of valve is a must (optional).

We are also manufacturing floor mounting horizontal type water heater specially for bathroom’s false ceiling or any other places where overhead tank or ceilings are lower.
